Pending audit outcome for over 8 months. Not cleared to date with no reason
Disappointed by the service of Snapnsave which left my audit uncleared since February 2024.this is so dissapointing especially because in the many occasions when I emailed them they kept saying that they will pay in the next payout cycle.and I never got any payment.furthermore the audit remains pending.this has been discouraging to continue making submissions as it's an indication that something is amiss in their processes

We’ve also been voted in the top 20 retailer rewards programmes in SA. We did a big update which may have impacted certain users, which has now been resolved.
