Payout horror

The last successful cash out made was in August/2023 , From September last year to this date i haven't been able to cash out the money in my wallet. After the introduction of the "payment review" I emailed them when my cash out failed, they told me my payment got stuck in their system during payment processing,that was the cash out requested in February 2024, i then requested another payout in April it has been stagnant in review to this date.
