Pathetic Service

Do yourself a favour, don't waste your time with this so called business.

Everything was fine until 13th Sept 2023. I did a cashout of a small amount (R50) and this is when the problems started.

First it was technical difficulties with payouts, then they were updating the system so everything would run faster.

When i went to try cashout again my bank account wasn't showing so tried to add it again. Then comes an error plus a sms that my bank acc is linked to 5 profiles which is absolute hogwash. I emailed them to query this and then came the long email that they are investigating accounts, as we are not allowed multiple accounts etc etc. None of the reasons app**** to me or 100's of other people they sent the same email to.

2 weeks ago they said i can add my account and cashout, which i did(R70) still haven't received payment and now they don't respond to my emails.

Very disappointed as I'm sure 1000's of people are. Sharon
