Officially 1 year since cashout. Still received nothing.

This company just needs to be honest with its customers. No more lies about audits and new systems causing delays.

They haven't responded to my last email because they've run out of excuses.

My issue is that they're still operating under false pretences; no doubt there's others who are still snapping until they get to a certain Rand value in their wallet. Only they won't get their Cashback when they opt to; yet SnapnSave is likely still cashing in from the businesses they provide a service to.

Quite shameful really.

At some point, the authorities will need to get involved here.
