no payout as promised

I requested a payout of funds that I had accumilated from snapping slips on the 5th of November 2024, to date 19 March 2025 nothing has been paid out I have emailed numerous times to request feedback but keep getting the same automated response of Thank you for reaching out to us, and we apologize for the delay in processing your cash out.
