No Payout!

I've been waiting since 10 March 2025 still no pay out. Each time I inquire it’s a different excuse! First the “system changed” when FAQ stated Friday’s via eft. And it will take 14 business days. After 19 business days I enquired again - the excuse: updated and my payment got “stuck in the system” Which after I told them they said 14 business days - the reply “once the cashout is complete, your cashout status will be updated”
