no cash outs at all

I've requested payout back in Feb and have yet to receive any funds. Since then i haven't used the app as I'm worried it will be a waste and we won't see anymore cash outs. 2 weeks ago i finally got a reply to my query and i was told payment would be in the next batch. I am still waiting.... I look at my account and it says "audit" under the cash out. I think it's safe to say that you won't be receiving anymore cash outs from this company. Here's the email dated 2 weeks ago :
