Long delayed payout request

I requested a cash-out on 17/08/2024....still waiting for payout almost 3 months later!!! Sent numerous emails to follow up and always just get a standard response about millions of users paid out before etc etc etc....Previous payout requested before this one a few years ago went smoothly and payout was quick! What happened to the service???!! Service is bad for sure...quick to respond to emails, but slow to sort out pending vash-outs. This system upgrade response has been provided all the time, but the upgrade was last year or so.......I am extremely disappointed in your service, and hope you can sort out the massive delay in payouts requested more than 28 working days ago.... 😔😠
