I've requested a cash out payment on 12th January 2025

I've requested a cash out payment on 12th January 2025. Since then, I have submitted update on on a weekly basis via the portal. There is no real feeback other than the same automated response. We moving into almost 3 months and still nothing. Services are pathetic.
