Issues with slip
Recently slips have been rejected for many reasons:they claim they cannot read the slip, come back with a missing section that I snapped and say missing slip and the latest when a slip is long they say it is multiple slips! It almost feels like they are looking for reasons not to pay....

20 Mar 2023, 12:05Hi Jehanne, apologies that you are struggling with SnapnSave. Did you know that you can see reason for rejections in your wallet history? Please make sure that you snap your whole till slip and that it is clear. You can always re-snap your till slips within 48 hours for another validation. If your slip is incorrectly rejected, please pop us a mail to *********** and we'll review it again. Kind regards, Tiffany
