Do Snap & Save have the money to pay out or did they use it all for themselves?

I requested a withdrawal from the amount of R 400 on the 04 June 2024 from the Snap & Save App. When requested about the pay out, they always have the same letter, same style etc. Today is the 6 September 2024 and still no pay out. This is their msg to me: Hi Leon ,

I hope this message finds you well.

We sincerely apologize for the delay in processing cash-out request. We understand that this has been frustrating for you, and we appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this.

Our team has been diligently addressing the challenges identified during our recent cash-out update, particularly in the area of auditing accounts.

Our goal is to have these processes fully implemented as soon as possible, which will significantly enhance the efficiency of our cash-outs. We acknowledge the inconvenience this has caused you, and we are actively taking steps to prevent such delays in the future.

During this period, we kindly ask for your continued patience and understanding. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we assure you that we are working tirelessly to improve your overall experience.

Kind regards, Lulamela B – Part of Tiffany’s Snappy team at The Cashback Club

Hi Leon,

I see you’ve been a SnapnSave member since 2016, have earned around R4300 and had 4 successful cash outs since joining.

SnapnSave launched in 2015, now has almost 2 million Cashback Club members and has paid out millions of rands to our members. We’ve also been voted in the top 20 retailer rewards programmes in South Africa.

I have flagged your pending cash out with our team and your payment will get pushed with our next payment batch this coming Friday. Please allow up to 5 working days once your payment status changes from "EFT Submitted" to "EFT Cash Out" for your payment to reflect in your bank account.

If you have any further questions, please contact us on ***

Kind regards,
Tiffany - SnapnSave
