Disgusting to the core!

If there was a 0.5 that is what I would give to this company, they don't deserve even 1. I made a cash out in February 2024 and I still have not received my money, instead I was told that my account is "UNDER AUDIT". This happened twice in a row and every time I communicate with them, I get the same generic response. I don't know how many 10 days I have been told to wait for to get my money. Why does this company do this to us? Why don't you just tell us that you're no longer in business. Oh, you cannot because you still have to keep our personal information for your own benefit.....marketing purposes perhaps! Really, this company has turned into a piece of garbage.
