Disappointing waste of time and effort

This app has turned into a total waste of time. I have been using this app since 2017. I made 4 previous withdrawals between 2018 and 2021...all went quiet smoothly, however my last withdrawal seems to have gotten stuck somewhere. I requested a withdrawal of just R608 on the 04 April, it has been more than 3 months and my withdrawal is still under audit. I have emailed them 3 times and got the same stupid generic email twice saying that introduced a new payout system which will effect the payout time. The response to my 3rd email came from "Aretha" saying that they have updated their system and have seen that my payment was not done and that she was forwarding my withdrawal to the payments department to be included in the next payout run....this was on the 24th June...I still haven't received anything.

It's making me wonder if they even have the money to payout?....

If there was an option to give no stars on Hello Peter I would have definitely have gone with that.
