CASHBACK NOT REFUNDED

I have requested a cashback payment on 3 December 2024. It is now 23 June 2025, 7 months, and I have still not recieved my cashback. Every time you make an enquiry they reply with. this automated replies, trust me I have several versions of their excuses why they have not yet refunded my cashback. I think this company needs to be investigated as I am sure the suppliers of the products issue the the necessary funds to reimburse their subscribers.
