Cash Payout never processed

I have been a loyal member of snap and save for sometime now and been diligently trying to support their business by snapping my grocery slips. I cashed out on the 19 December 2024 and up to now I have not received the money or communication regarding this matter. This is very disappointing as I have been nothing but very consistent in supporting you. Can I please get my money paid as you promised!!
