Can't cash out

I've been an member since 2022 with this app at first it was fine to get your money I snapped a lot of slips even went to the shops just to get those savings advertised.. but then my cash outs was being failed without any real reason....I have accumulated so much money and when in need one can't cash out please assist with this problem I've gave it one last try now let's hope it works...would be great if U guys can restore my hope I'm a very loyal client
