App to be ended/decommissioned as no payment for work done

It seems everyone is receiving the exact same message of when the appr started and how much they "Have" paid out previously but not really gettign back why payments have stopped??? Also no contact number.

At the moment the app is letting us all "work" and not paying for the work already done for months. I think everyone should complain so this app can stop and be taken down as it is not delivering and making promisses while it is possibkly paid for the "research"??
