Account audit frustration

Ive been a member of Snapnsave for a few years now, but all of a sudden their pay-out system has changed and my account keeps going in for audits when I want to withdraw my money. You get automated responses instead of an actual customer service agent to handle your query. Its very irritating and not the Snapnsave I signed up with.
