Snapitup Microsoft office expires after 11 months of use!!!!!!

Worst decision of my life The windows office after struggling 3 months to get it registered worked for 11 months now it is again not registered!! They bully me by saying i changed it to another computer. Which i did not do. When i said then why does my windows 10 that i also bought and installed on the same computer still works. The idiot try to tell me a lot of junk. Believe me worst decision of my life You go through hell
