Snap it up a ****?

I bought windows 10 Pro after seeing a ad on Facebook struggle to download it but got that right eventually!! Windows refuse to accept the key. I contacted them and were promised they will sort me out on Monday they are just busy with black Friday.

Still did not hear any thing from them did try to contact them but nothing.

No customer service at all!!
