Snap-on support no communicaiton.

Contacted snap-on for a defective ratchet *****driver, plastic on handle and selector had shrunk significanlty. Snapop collected the toola d 3 weeks later returned it in the exact same condition without feedback. Not even a note saying the shrunk handle and selector is not covered, zero feedback. I contacted Snap-On, still no feedback, note, e-amil, nothing. Just silence.
