Problem with order sorted out, and more

I ordered a set of Snap-op sockets from [URL Removed] and after nearly a month, I called to enquire what the delay was. I received the incorrect sockets two days later, and when I brought it to Gus' attention he investigated, found an error in the listing on their website, fixed it and sent me the correct (more expensive than I paid) sockets free of charge.<br> <br> Any business can ***** up, but the good ones go out of their way to fix it, and I'm happy to recommend Snap-on South Africa to anyone who asks.
