Bad Service - Active Aligners

I signed up for Active Aligners with Smyle Dental. On one appointment the dentist did not show up. Can only see me after hours. During my treatment, there were no follow-ups and only one/two visits to get the next set of aligners. Since the treatment ended, have not been able to get an appointment for almost 3 weeks. The results are not as promised in the model presented, and now the dentist is requesting more money.
