POOR SERVICE

I am having a very bad service at SMW. I drove without brakes over the weekend which was recently(Month or two) “done” at SMW, I replaced rear disc and brake pads but as I speak it’s like they have never been replaced. I shall go there tomorrow and hear the smooth talk of what happened

I am however not surprise because my Golf 7 Tsi is been sitting with them now for more than 7 months after paying R75k which is more than 50% of what we estimated will cost to fix it. I hardly got an update until I complain and when I do they tell me that I brought a half car to them, which is very funny cause they assessed the car before they agreed to fix it. SMW have drained me emotional and i am just tired and angry right now and regret the day I met this people.

Right now just want them to finish my Golf and part ways with them

I do not recommend this workshop at all
