After I wrote a complaint on Hello Peter about this Firm and its employees, I instead went and had a lengthy conversation with Renata, who was able to fully explain the current situation with regards to the Estates matters they are handling on our behalf. I've had a good rethink and looked at this situation as a whole. We as clients do not fully understand why this is such a challenging job working with the Masters Office. Why this is such a lengthy process is really out of our control. I am more upset with the Master's office giving us the run around time after time. This is a very sensitive matter, and I am satisfied that Renata took the time to sit with me today. She calmly and very professionally handled my frustration in this regard.
