Frustrated Customer
I bought a cake on the 24 April 2026, the cake was not nice. I returned it on the 25/04. After 2 days they send me a message: “Your complaint lodged on Saturday refers. Our tasting panel consisting of 4 ladies, all professional bakers, do not agree with your complaint. The cake is definitely not dry and not crumbly. We would gladly have refunded you, if we agreed with ur complaint. Board of Directors. Smulhoekie.+27 (82) *** I feel I was unfairly treated, the least they could have done was to give me my money back. I didn’t even eat a quarter of that cake. Frustrated customer!! I’m never going back to that shop again. Horrible customer service!!
