Smugglers Cottage Paternoster Disappointment 😞

We arrived 15:02 on 11/12/2022 at Smugglers Cottage Paternoster. At 15:09 I phoned Smugglers Cottage with a number that I could find on Google and spoke to the owner who indicated that she will phone someone to open the garden door for us. At 15:13 I phoned the same number again to ask if someone is going to open for us. We waited for the lady who had to open the garden door until 15:17 just to check in. The moment she opened the garden door she stated that we didn't use the button on the wall but we did twice. After we were checked in we left for early dinner and came back about an hour after that. We entered the living room on our way to our room were the lady waited for us just to tell me that I was at fault for calling the owner and not her to open the garden door. I then asked her to please be professional during our stay. She was furious and insisted on stating her case. Very unhappy on how we were treated.

(Only one packet of coffee and no milk was present in our room even though she indicated that everything is there with check in.)
