Complaint

I booked and paid for a jumping castle & soft play with Lady Makgabo on the 29 Nov 2017 for my 3yr old son's party on the 09 Dec. She rep**** and said she received payment and would deliver at 09am on the day.On the day of the party no one had delivered the jumping castle by 11h00 , I tried calling & texting her numerous times to no reply. I then decided to check my emails and found an email which she sent the day before the party at 14h18 stating "she had a fire and could not deliver the jumping castle". I was on leave on the 08 Dec &never saw the email. I had an out of office on which she saw but she still did not have the decency to call and advise me. She did not apologize for letting me down & I later found out there was no fire.My son had his 3rd birthday without a jumping castle or soft play which I had paid for in full.My son is so disappointed and sadly Lady Makgabo has never apologized. Terrible service and I would not recommend Smudge Art ever!
