Useless. Submitted all documents even paid waited over a month fro a simple efiling & then get reminders from SARS to submit supporting documents! It's really simple if you having issues with a TAX Practitioners you lodge a complaint with SARS at *** complete the RTP001 form & pop it though to them. There is accountability that this organisation does not have.
