Lack of Communication

<p>My tax filing was submitted to them July2016 and 10 months down the line it still has not been resolved or my case closed. When I ask for feedback on why the delay or what is going on no one answers my emails or return my calls. The most I got was that they have enetered a dispute to SARS but the reason why has not been given and I have emailed numerous times asking. Called and left messaged that never gets returned then when I do get hold of someone they will take a look and get back to me which they never do.</p>
