Who Authorised Deductions on my handset!!!

Im appauled by such companies invading ones fome and deducting huge amounts of airtime without ones consent.I m very angry and annoyed to discover such activities on my phone.I want all my money taken frm me reimbursed with 24 hours n please stop ******** people .I dd not subscribe to any of your services as i hv been told by my service provider.
