Unauthourised Billing and Subscription to Services

I have been ****med by these third parties ,how does one get subscribed to such services without consent .and you dont receive anything whereas they keep taking your airtime .I dd not realise the amount of airtime i have been loosing from such parties .From what i am reading i am not the only one experiencing such problem with these parties.I believe its ******** and ******* .Please may i kindly receive back all my airtime that has been deducted from my acount .Im appauled and very upset.
