Unauthorized subscription

How does one get subscribed to such services without consent .and you dont receive anything whereas they keep taking your airtime .I did not realise the amount of airtime i have been loosing from such parties .From what i am reading i am not the only one experiencing such problem with these parties.I believe its ******** and ******* .Please may i kindly receive back all my airtime that has been deducted from my acount .Im appauled and very upset.
