Unauthorised smsnet deductions and no communication on subscription

I just discovered today that my Vodacom number was subscribed to this service which was deducting R3/day, R3/day really? You'd think I'd get some sort of heads up, a statement or something but no I had to discover this myself, and get this since 2013 this has apparently been going on and no hint nothing from the supposed "service provider". I don't even know what this service is and how I supposedly subscribed. I managed to deactivate it but now how will I get back all those R3 they've been deducting.
