I have recently viewed Game's website whereby there came a pop up on the screen for a subscription and I know for a fact that I have not put any details of mine on that pop up and I closed it. When I loaded airtime R 15.00 on my prepaid phone today, the money just drained and I'm left with R 2.94. I contacted MTN and they advised me that there is a subscription that I was not aware of on my phone. They provided me with the contact details of the company which has been taking my money. I phoned them and the lady at the other side informed me of the I have viewed Game's website from my phone, which was very funny, because I viewed their website from a pc. She informed me that I have subscribed to their services, whereby the more I told her that I have not, she just did not want to listen. I then told her that she has to refund my money, she only rep****, I can only put in a refund request but cannot promise that I will get my money back. This is totally unacceptable!!! How can people just take your money and not ask for permission. I have not subscribe to anything. If I have not phoned MTN I would not even known about it. Please help.
