JUST TAKE AIRTIME WITH NO PERMISSION TOO DO SO

This company has been taking airtime off of my contract phone since Jan 2015 to the total of more than R200 they just go in and take your airtime. when I contacted them and asked who gave them permission to do so i was told they dont need to get my premission for them to do so.....*** <br> So i reply by saying so in other words your admitting to taking my airtime with out my permission and was told that when i go on sites to download music ect then the page is rerouted to another and when you click on accept to down load then it automaticly subscribes you to there services (neither mind you never asked for the service) <br> was never informed that the subscription had been started only found out when noticed airtime was missin off account and contacted vodacom who informed that smsnet had a subscription to the account and was taking money off all the time<br> when i asked the consultant for proof as to what site this was on was told that they cant see that information or what was downloaded from the site... so again *** <br> I have asked for a refund and been told they will investigate.whts to investigate youve already told me you dont hav access to info as 2 wht site ect. beyond cheesed off !!!
