amazing response

I noticed that I was being charged around R100/mth on my cellphone bill. I am not sure if/how i subscribed to this service. It may be that I clicked on something inadvertently so i don't think they randomly started billing me. I contacted vodacom who immediately cancelled the service and gave me the number for smsnet. I also found the number on their web site. I called a cell number, after hours, and spoke with Faith. She followed up in the morning and processed a refund immediately. Given the bad reputation of WASP's this was AMAZING. All credit to Faith and SMSNET
