Very disappointed with sms structure

In August 2016 on the 22 nd I had contact with Jon Marco of sms structures. I called and he later responded by calling me back. I told him that I would like to do business with them, but only need the building to be delivered in November 2016. I said that I would pay the deposit of R200 000.00 as a gesture of doing business in August to secure the quote, which I paid on the 23rd of August. No problems so far. They did ask for delivery address which I responded that this wil only need to happen in November. In October they asked again and I sent it along. Then I got told that they want a delivery date. I told them it is for November only as the place is not secure the goods will be ****** and the area that the building will be put on needs to be leveled. I even requested November because that is only when I could get a contractor in with a bulldozer to do it. I was then contacted by there lawyer who kept pushing me for a delivery date. I was not alowed to contact the sms structures, as I was dealing with Steve and now the lawyer was dealing with me. I could not believe it, is it because I asked simple questions and to this date have not had answers to my questions. I had to go to the bank to get the finances sorted and told the lawyer too so that he was informed as to what is happening at all times. I also explained that cheques can take up to 10 days to clear. Then I was told that I have being was in breach of what ever. I was at all times keeping them informed and now that I have given them a delivery date, the first confirmation, now they are silent and not talking to me. All of this would not have happend if they had originally listened to my requirements that delivery would be in Novemer 2016. I asked Jon Marco that everything needs to happen in November 2016 and he agreed that is why I am reporing this. I could have given the deposit in October but in good faith did it in August to show my commitment.
