SMR GERMAN PARTS

I purchased a Volkswagen golf 7 gti water pump from this company.

After installing it and straight after leaving the workshop the vehicle overheated and causing my coolant sensor to completely melt into the head . I had to pull of in peak traffic .

Owner of SMR GERMAN PARTS agreed I post the waterpump back to him as there is a factory fault with the pumps and will compensate me with other parts for the the value of the pump which was R4800

Pump was posted on the 30/11/2021 He has been now avoiding my calls and messages going almost 3 months

Please stay away from this company. The workshop I fitted the pump at told me that this is not the first time they have experience issues with the parts supp**** by SMR GERMAN PARTS
