Superb aftermarket service

I purchased a kid's mattress from the Kramerville store only to realise that the mattress size was 20cm too long. This was actually my fault in ordering the wrong size. After one call with management they did not hesitate to have the mattress exchanged and delivered at no extra cost. Thank you for your superb service!!
