Smoozy sell Faulty cots!

<p>I purchased a cot in May last year preparing for the arrival of my baby in october, unfortunately for me it was too long before her birth - as now that she is in the cot, it 'bows' or hangs like a hammock and squeeks loudly with each movement she makes! </p> <p>I advised the owner of smoozy, Nick, whi began by being helpful and attempted to have the cot 'fixed'. He suggested beams and support columns and all sorts of things besides just returning my money and taking back the faulty cot, I was OBVIOULSY mostly concerned for my childs safety and will not have my child be a test subject in this experimental cot fixing!</p>
