Smooks electrical (dog abusers?)

Our home had some issues electrical wise and the municipality of all people gave us this company as reference. The day on them checking on everything at our home I had to leave quickly but the owner was home. Unfortunately she left aswell and I returned immediately my dogs were home they mean no harm only barks. As I came home they were leaving he had his small son with him and 2 workers we spoke they left and upon entering my room I noticed when I came home my one dog who always barks non stop wasn't barking instead I found her sitting on my pillow in a pool of her own urine scared to death and has been forever scared by whatever these individuals did to her. Still today she's afraid of men and pees whenever she sees men she doesn't know.
