Bad Quality
On Tuesday the 2nd of June I went to buy frozen yoghurt at the Smooch in Queenswood at R71 which is pricey. The yoghurt was watery and of a bad quality. When I informed the staff after I poured they told me that cups at the bottom of the machine are there to release the first yoghurt and it will be fine after that. There are no signs anywhere at the shop to show this. I had to pay for thin, watery frozen yoghurt. It was first time at Smooch and my last time, as I normally buy at Wakaberry
