Unpaid pension fund claim it’s been over 3 months now being sent from pillar to post without anything tangible !!

It’s been 3 months now since I’ve filed for my pension fund claim without any communication whatsoever, I emailed every document that was needed from my side but I have not received my money till now whereas they said it will take 6-8 weeks for me to get my money.

By luck last week I was able to get a consultant on their help line which then told me that my claim was no longer with them meaning it’s handled by Alexander Forbes and it was supposed to be paid out already but I called Alexander Forbes and almost 2 of the consultants that helped me said that they didn’t receive any claim forms imagine it’s been 3 months now they’re sending me from pillar to post about my money with no way forward or a thoroughly report I always have to write emails in order for them to answer after 10 days if they want 😡😡😡

At this point I’m out of options and even thought of taking this matter to the law side, because honestly it’s no longer this much time for people to get their claim and I guess it’s their thing to not pay people on time let alone not communicating with people regarding their claim imagine buying tons of airtime to contact them only to wait +10 minutes without getting help or getting someone what will tell you I’ll get someone to help you then that person tells you that they don’t know anything you must contact another side of the business! Trash service if you ask me and they deserve to be told.

I’ve been with Tiger Brands for +4 years and resigned June 2024 but up until now there’s nothing tangible about my claim whereas they said they claim is in process only to find out that Alexander Forbes didn’t receive ***ol from them 😡🤬
