Unpaid leave

Hi I'm Themba maphumulo from Durban was working with Smollan group in retail so I posted on my personal phone and I was fired even though the company phone wasn't using it so the suspended Me and then fired me even though I didn't get any leave so now since it June I thought I was going to get paid for the leave days and whenever I want an assistant smollan from Durban north under Unilever are ignoring me
