unfairely treatment

im working for daymon south africa under smollan group its not a company to work for at all i resigned on the 9 november ,signed all their documents but they trat me as i absconde they never paid me my salry for november which i was supposed to receive when i called them they told me ill receive on the 4 jan 2021 because ill be over paid on the deceber ill reiceve december 2 payments which is salary and bonus which i never did they t9old me the company doesnt owe me anything at all know i have to receive my retirement fund they say its nolonger their business that fund company will contact me and when i emailed the funfd company they told me the company hasnt submitted the forms to them
