Terrible and dangerous quality chairs

I purchased two chairs from game in December 2020 and the chairs are camping chairs and had alot of labels with their quality promise. It states it can carry a weight of 120kg and we are 2 adults and two kids at home. The chairs was not left in the rain but was kept under my carport for us to relax and 5 months later and they broken completely. I was told by the store to contact the supplier and I have sent them pictures and proof of payment but still up until now they have not picked up the chairs to test or anything. I'm very upset as they just email me back saying they are going to eslate the matter but nothing is really been done. What upset me more was that my daughter of 11 was sitting on it when it broke and she had minor injuries but I'm not asking to pay for her injuries but to replace or refund me. They are not cared and lie about quality. How can a chair that is meant for camping rush without rain and the material just broke of everywhere. This company became rich with lies.
