Poor and non existent service ethos

I had a very bad experience with Trojan Health looking for help to service 2 of my exercising training equipment. They opened the 2 calls and requested upfront call out fees which a duly paid. Thereafter it has been an uphill battle to get a technician to come to my house to service the equipment. They even claimed at some point that according to their records a technician has attended to the one service call - something really ridiculous. I am still awaiting a technician today after logging and paying for the callout 2 weeks ago.
