Phone insurance

I am so disappointed with the services, I took out a phone with vodacom and insured the phone. I was never told that if Sim card is taken out of the phone I cannot claim. Now my phone is ****** and Sim card was not in the phone they tell me I cannot claim. They keep deducting for the insurance money and phone for something I don't have. I want this resolved and claim to be logged
