Pension fund query with smollan(telkom)

I have been with smollan for 5 years recentlly 30/04/2023 retrenched and i have been waiting for my pension fund since. I call them everyday to find out when am i going to get my money. The do not even have answers for me. Most of the times their phone are on voicemail. On the 1st of april they promised i would get it in 10 business days but up until today no one has a straight answer for me..they tell me to send documents and i did that more than 3 times already. Up until today no one knows when am i going to get the money
